Major General Mohammad Saidul Islam (Retired), BA 3728, 21st Long Course, former Commandant of BIPST, former Commandant of MIST, and former DG of the NID project, is a notorious ally and loyalist of the infamous Major General Tariq Siddique. His corruption at MIST has been widely exposed on social media. He and his wife formed a syndicate in various schools and colleges run by the Bangladesh Army to exploit students. He was heavily involved in fake national election arrangements under Tariq Siddique’s direction. A staunch fascist supporter of the Awami League, he is also a strong opponent of the current interim government.
