Reign of Corruption in Arani: Former Mayor Moktar Ali Accused of Massive Embezzlement and Abuse of Power

Former mayor of Arani Municipality in Rajshahi, Moktar Ali, was widely known for extreme corruption, misuse of power, and lawless behavior.
