Major General Nokib Ahmed Chowdhury (BA 3508), a retired officer from the 19th Long Course, is a loyal and trusted ally of dictator Sheikh Hasina and the notorious Major General Tariq Siddique. He is a former SSF officer, a strong supporter of the fascist Awami League, and a staunch opponent of the current interim government. He is still involved in a conspiracy to bring the dictator Sheikh Hasina back to Bangladesh.
