BA-4543 Brigadier General Humayun Kaiyum, 28th Long Course. He is a completely corrupt, anti-Islamic, and pro-India officer. He was the right-hand man of former Army Chief General Aziz. He used to hate and harshly suppress his subordinates who had Islamic views. While serving as a trainer at the SI&T, he provided all kinds of unethical benefits to Lieutenant (now Captain) Isfaq, the son of former Army Chief General Aziz, and through a special review board (not the regular promotion board), he ensured his promotion to the rank of Brigadier General. To gain the trust of the fascist Awami League government, he published numerous articles praising Sheikh Hasina in the Army Journal. There are numerous instances of corruption involving Brigadier Humayun at the SI&T restaurant. However, the then Commandant, Major General (now Lieutenant General) Shahinul Haque, a staunch Awami League supporter (Serial No. 13), took no action. A strong fascist Awami League supporter and a fierce opponent of the current interim government, he is still serving in the army as part of the rehabilitation of Awami League loyal traitors.

Brigadier General Humayun Kayyum is an extremely corrupt, dishonest, pro-Awami League, and pro-India officer. Known for his harsh behavior and bad temper, Brigadier Kayyum managed to secure a promotion despite numerous intelligence reports against him, by helping General Aziz’s son, Lt. Ishfaq, achieve good results in his course.

With his involvement in anti-state activities, including opposing the July-August coup, Indian subversion, genocide, corruption, and aligning with a degenerate dictatorship, Kayyum has been a part of numerous conspiracies. Despite being entrusted with national security, agencies like the Police, DGFI, DB, PBI, and other intelligence services are still working for India’s interests rather than the country’s.
