Maloy Kumar Saha, who worked as an Assistant Director of the Anti-Corruption Commission (ACC), has faced some allegations and rumors. Priya Saha, who is the General Secretary of the Bangladesh Hindu Buddhist Christian Unity Council and the director of an NGO called “Shari,” raised concerns with U.S. President Donald Trump about the persecution of religious minorities in Bangladesh. She claimed that religious minorities in Bangladesh are being persecuted, and nearly 37 million Hindus, Buddhists, and Christians are missing.
Following these allegations, it is reported that Maloy Kumar Saha attempted to leave the country. He applied for leave three times, but the ACC administration did not approve his requests. Since his passport had a U.S. travel stamp, he was secretly trying to leave the country. Furthermore, his mobile number was found to be off, and his Facebook profile information had been deleted. Even when authorities went to his office at the ACC headquarters in Segunbagicha, he was not found. As a result, intelligence agencies are searching for him and attempting to question him.
