Abul Hossain, a staunch fascist Awami League supporter, was devoted to the killer Hasina.

Lieutenant General Abul Hossain, retired from the 5th Long Course, was the former military secretary to ex-President Abdul Hamid. He was also the former Director General (DG) of the Border Guard Bangladesh (BGB). He was a devoted and trusted supporter of ex-President Abdul Hamid, authoritarian Sheikh Hasina, and notorious Major General Tariq Siddique. He was dedicated to supporting all of Abdul Hamid’s unethical and illegal actions. As a result, he was later appointed as the DG of BGB, where he turned the force into an Awami League institution, hiring people with Awami League affiliations and taking corruption to new heights.

During his time, he used the BGB as an Awami force in every election in a shameful way. As a reward, he was retired as a Lieutenant General. A wealthy officer, he is a staunch fascist Awami League supporter and a strong opponent of the current interim government.
