This officer, known for his extreme womanizing, was deeply corrupt. To serve his own interests, he approved unnecessary purchases and construction projects in the Navy. His total corruption is estimated to be over 700 crore Bangladeshi Taka.

He also bought 20 bighas of land under his own name and allocated it for use by Scholars University.
