Major General Mohammad Rashed Amin (Retired), from the 15th Long Course, is the younger brother of former Army Chief General Mabin. He is a former DGFI officer and, after retirement, currently works as a civilian instructor at NDC. He is one of the key figures behind crimes like abduction and mirror houses. He arranged for his son to marry the daughter of Major General Abdul Kayyum Mollah, a close associate of the notorious Major General Ziaul Ahsan, who is the current Director General of the National Telecommunication Monitoring Center (wiretapping agency). Rashed Amin is a staunch fascist supporter of the Awami League and a strong opponent of the current interim government.
